In August annually, Elster manufacturer and EDH cooperate to organize a training course in electronic meter in UK for EVN PCs. This is a special course designed for leaders, engineers and technicians and operators who daily operate A1700 multi-tariff 3 phase meters. The training course is updated regularly technical advances, research results of other meters manufactured by Elster and different manufacturers in the world.
